At Lumos Light, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a risk-free 90-day return policy from the date of delivery.
📝 Return Eligibility
To request a return, please ensure that:

The product is unused, in its original condition, with tags attached.

It is returned in the original packaging.

🔁 What happens after approval?
Once your return is confirmed:

We will provide a prepaid return label (when applicable).

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Bank or card processing times may vary depending on your provider.
🛑 Important Exceptions
We do not accept returns of:

Sale or clearance items.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
🛠 Damages, defects or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund.
🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union Only)
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason.
This applies only to non-personalized items in new condition.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different model or design, please place a new order and return the original item following our standard return process.
